Xenon dosen't work well

If Xenon doesn't work well, try to reboot your device.

To reboot, please refer to here.

• iPhone / iPod Touch
• iPad

No sound

1. Please check whether your device is silent mode.

   If your device is silent mode, Xenon is no sound. If you use headphones. You can hear the sound through those.

   

   The switch for screen rotation lock on the side of iPad became a mute switch after update to iOS4.2.

2. If you are still having problems, please check device volume.
3. If you are still having problems, please reboot your device.
   
   • iPhone, iPod touch
   • iPad

4. If you are still having problems, please tap the setting icon on the home screen and tap the xenon settings, then, set Loading last data to "off".

   

   (Homescreen -> settings -> xenon -> Loading last data "off")

   These settings are applied after restarting XENON. Please refer to here.

5. Please check whether xenon sound or not after initialization. Please follow below step to fix your problem.
   
   Please save your current file before following below step if you have.
   
   
   1. Tap "File" button located main panel.
   2. Tap "New" button.
   3. Touch keyboard. How about?
6. If Xenon Sounds after initialization, Problem will be song data. Please make sure checklist below.
   
   
   • Please check "MASTER" volume on the Mixer. If master volume parameter is fully downed, Xenon is no sound.
   • Please check "TRACK" volume on the Mixer.
   • Please check "MUTE" on the Mixer.
   • Please check "SOLO" on the Mixer.
   • Please check AMP volume on the synthesizer.
   • Please check OSC volume on the synthesizer.
   • Please check Filter's CUTOFF level on the synthesizer.

Crashing when you launch

If Xenon is continuing to crash when you launch, Please tap the setting icon on the home screen and tap the xenon settings, then, set Loading last data to "off".

(Homescreen -> settings -> xenon -> Loading last data "off")

How to quit application that use multitasking

1. Double-click the Home button to load recently used apps.
2. Select the application by tapping and holding on the application until the red minus appears.
3. Tap the red minus to quit the application. This also removes an application from recently used apps.
4. Press the Home button to return to recently used apps. Then press the Home button again return to the Home screen.

A crash when you select PCM that related string sounds.

Our new version(v1.5.1 or later) that fixed a crash when you select PCM that related string sounds.(Violin,Viola, Cello, Contrabass, Strings). Please update xenon if your have lower than v1.5.1.
